Is there a minimum order?

There isn’t one! For more details on postage please take a look at our Delivery Information.

Do I have to create an account to make an order?

You will need to register your details with us either before you buy or during checkout, including your card details, so we know where to send the beer and we can check that you are over 18. We never pass your details on to any third parties.

What happens once I make an order? 

Once you place an order with Badger Direct, you will receive an email confirming that we received it. It will be marked as “Order Received & Processing” in the online store.

Is my order secure?

Yes, we use secure online payments provided by WordPay, a major global leader in payment processing.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently are only able to ship to UK mainland addresses.

I need to cancel my order - How can I do this?

If you want to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as you can on 01258 486004.

Please remember that our highly trained warehouse team pick and pack orders quickly. 

There is a problem with my delivery, what shall I do?

Please contact one of our friendly members of staff via  or Call 01258 486004 so that we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Please also see our standard returns policy.
